SHIPPING & RETURNS

Under no circumstance do we allow the shipment of any of our products to: China; Hong Kong; Iceland; Iran; Israel; Malaysia; Philippines; Russia; Singapore; Slovakia; United Arab Emirates; India.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Carrollton, Texas. Orders will be shipped Monday – Friday, except on major holidays. Orders placed will generally be processed within two (2) business days, no matter the shipping method selected. During holidays order processing may slow for an unknown period of days. A tracking number will be emailed to you after placing your order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is not available for wholesale level accounts. Free shipping is available for certain U.S. shipping addresses only. 

Although the US controls these states and territories, free shipping will not be applicable to the following locations,

Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping protection purchased upon checkout only applies to orders that are lost or damaged in transit. Upon successful delivery, Canna River deems the order as completed, relinquishing Canna River's responsibility of the package(s).
