Ingredients

1 mango

1 banana

1 cup ice

1/3 cup orange juice

1/3 cup pineapple juice

½ cup Greek yogurt

Grated ginger to taste

Honey to taste

½ teaspoon Cannariver Tropical Fruit Smoothie Broad-Spectrum Tincture

Coconut cream to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Technically, you can put the ingredients into the blender in any order and they’ll eventually get blended. However, if you want a professional-grade smoothie, you’ll want to follow this order: liquids (pineapple and orange juice and CBD), sweeteners (honey), soft ingredients (Greek yogurt and coconut cream), fruit (mango, banana, and ginger), and then ice.
  2. Blend until well-combined, starting on medium speed and going up to high as the ingredients become better blended.
