REFUSAL OF SERVICE

PROHIBITED PRODUCTS

You may experience errors when checking out with certain products in states or territories where they are prohibited. We do not ship any products (including CBD) to the state of Iowa.

PRODUCT IMAGERY

All product images on CannaRiver.com are computer rendered and are not actual photos. Although the images are a near-identical representation, they are intended only as a visual approximation of the products.

AGE OF CONSENT & AGE VERIFICATION

After completing checkout, age verification is required by law. Our third-party age verification service, BlueCheck, will contact you via email with simple instructions. BlueCheck uses federal, state, and local databases to verify your identity. If needed, you may be asked to submit a photo of yourself holding your ID. Orders that are not successfully age-verified will be automatically refunded and canceled after 48 business hours. Age verification is required only once, unless shipping or billing details are changed on a future order. Any order placed by someone under the age of 21 will be immediately canceled.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a Canna River product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at that incorrect price. We may do so whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order using promotional codes at our sole discretion. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full credit.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Under no circumstances do we ship our products to: China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Israel, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, or India.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Carrollton, Texas. Orders are generally processed within two (2) business days. A tracking number will be provided. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns except for damaged or defective items.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All order cancellations must be submitted via email info@cannariver.com or to our phone +1 (805) 375-2777 within 24 business hours of placing the order. Due to speed of our fulfillment, your order may ship if we are not notified within 24 business hours. Once your order ships, we cannot offer a cancellation or refund.
